Courier Supervisor; Pakistani Nationals

We are urgently hiring a Courier Supervisor to oversee our courier operations in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of packages and documents to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of couriers and ensuring that all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our courier services in Al Buraymi
• Supervise a team of couriers, ensuring they follow proper delivery procedures
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure all shipments are delivered on time
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and transactions
• Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery processes
• Evaluate courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to courier services

• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry
• Good knowledge of Al Buraymi city and surrounding areas
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu/Hindi (English is not required)
• Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes
