• Native or near-native proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, flexible, and adaptable teaching style

• Conduct assessments to determine students' current level and areas of improvement
• Develop customized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep lessons engaging and interactive
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Prepare students for exams or other language proficiency tests
• Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress
