Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures in PCs, laptops, and peripherals, identifying root causes for efficient repair.
- Perform component‑level repairs and replacements, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.
- Execute thorough testing and validation of repaired hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage and track returned merchandise authorization (RMA) units throughout their lifecycle, from receipt to return.
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree in a technical field preferred. - Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in PC hardware repair and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in diagnosing issues with various PC components: motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, storage, PSU.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and hardware testing tools.
