Sales Representative

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers and introducing products or services.
• Achieving monthly and individual sales targets.
• Following up with existing customers and building long-term relationships with them.
• Attracting new customers and increasing the customer base.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing appropriate information about products and services.

• Monitoring competitors, prices, and promotions in the market.
• Submitting periodic reports on sales and results.

• Dealing with customers professionally and maintaining their satisfaction.

• Prior experience in sales and customer service, preferably one year or more.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
• Skill in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Tact and good customer handling.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow-up and deal-closing skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
