About the RoleWe Are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to manage the full accounts payable cycle and support the finance team across our growing operations. The role focuses on accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, vendor account reconciliation, and supporting month-end close, while ensuring compliance with company controls and tax requirements through close coordination with procurement, project, and treasury teams.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, matching, verification, and timely payment execution
- Reconcile supplier and vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items
- Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, AP reporting, and account analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and VAT/tax requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and treasury teams to maintain accurate and on-schedule payments
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Required Skills- 3–7 years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamic 365 , Sap) and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and VAT
- Experience in Listed Company will be privilege
- Experience in a manufacturing or facilities-based environment
- Familiarity with high-volume, project-driven payment environments
