Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on site ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing concerns and providing updates to maintain strong relationships.
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in construction or site supervision, demonstrating a proven track record in managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Valid driving license and reliable driving ability.
