• The applicant must hold a diploma degree from an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education in the required field.
• The applicant must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
• The applicant must be currently available for work.
• The applicant must not have prior work experience in the public or private sector exceeding one calendar year.
• The applicant must be registered in Taqat/HRDF platform.
• The applicant must be proficient in English.
