We are seeking an experienced Lead Estimation Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading estimation activities, preparing accurate cost assessments, and supporting project proposals and bids to ensure competitive and profitable project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and EPC projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work to develop accurate estimates.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost breakdowns, and pricing analysis.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams to collect required inputs.
- Analyze project requirements, risks, and cost impacts.
- Prepare commercial and technical bid submissions.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Develop cost estimation strategies and improve estimation processes.
- Maintain estimation databases, cost references, and historical project data.
- Provide support during tender negotiations and project handover
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in estimation, cost engineering, or tendering roles.
Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects
.
Strong knowledge of mechanical works, piping, equipment installation, fabrication, and construction activities.
Experience with preparing estimates for large-scale industrial projects.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office applications.
