About the Role:The Safety Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing occupational safety activities to ensure the well‑being of all Tasnee employees and prevent EHSS incidents. This includes collaborating with engineering colleagues, advising on safety regulations, investigating accidents, identifying hazards, and developing safety training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on occupational safety matters.
- Collaborate with engineers on complex safety challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local, international, and industry safety regulations.
- Monitor safety performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate safety incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- Identify and mitigate safety hazards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs.
- Implement safety policies and procedures.
- Coach colleagues and share technical expertise.
- Maintain compliance with EHSM, IMRS, and Responsible Care standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations within TPC.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience, including at least 2 years as an HSE Specialist in a reputable Oil & Gas organization.
- Proven track record of success in safety management.
