We are recruiting a Commissioning Specialist Instrument / Analyzer for a large refinery extension project in Saudi Arabia.
This role requires Strong knowledge of field instrument & Analyzer and PCS experience plus
Basic Functions:The basic function of the Commissioning Instrumentation / Analyzer Specialist is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the instrumentation / Analyzer discipline are prepared and executed according to the OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to the planned schedule.
Main Accountabilities:The main accountabilities include ensuring that HSE is given the highest priority, coordinating and approving the quality and completeness of deliverables, assisting Commissioning Unit leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, reviewing pre commissioning dossiers, and monitoring all Instrument / Analyzer Commissioning activities.
Qualifications:The qualifications for this position include an engineer level or above education, high knowledge of instrumentation / analyzer activities within the Oil and Gas refinery, a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, and specific skills such as knowledge of Management of EPCC contracts and OPERCOM® and ICAPS©. Additionally, the candidate should be methodic, organized, have a good team spirit, and be fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.
Contract duration: 12 months (with extensions possible)
