About the Job:The QHSSE Advisor in Jubail office is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation and compliance of the Roll Group’s Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) standards, as well as contractual requirements on project work sites. By ensuring alignment with applicable standards, corporate guidelines, local legislation, and client requirements, the QHSSE Advisor actively advises project site management and the regional Manager of QHSSE on improving QHSSE performance and fostering a safe and compliant working
environment.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage, monitor, review, update, implement, and report on all QHSSE aspects on the project(s), which include the promotion of the ROMS documentation and QHSSE maturity throughout the respective region or branch.
- Drive (Project) QHSSE improvement initiatives, report on KPIs to the local management and regional Manager/ Coordinator of QHSSE.
- Provide QHSSE consultancy support / advice / coaching to all project staff (e.g. by assisting in the preparation / localization of (Q)
HSSE and Emergency Response Plans, attendance and contribution to health and safety meetings at site and project level.) - Ensure that the QHSSE and other required training needs of all site and project staff are identified and addressed, while supporting the site or project line management in the preparation and execution where possible.
- Participate in QHSSE incident investigations, collaborate with site project team to develop corrective and preventive actions, and ensure the implementation of Lessons Learned learnings.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on site standard (workplace) inspections, including audits / inspections of Permit to Work, Job Hazard analysis, and job site activities. Coach Project staff on conducting site inspections to enhance compliance and safety awareness.
- Ensure that required (project) QHSSE events, including inspections and audits, are properly documented and managed in the established QHSSE system, and communicated to the regional Manager of QHSSE and Project Management.
- Monitor project QHSSE reports and support leadership with analyzing the trends.
- Identify QHSSE related project or contractual changes and ensure their effective implementation.
- Represent Roll Group in relevant project meetings and plan, schedule, and review internal Roll Group sessions as needed.
- Develop and communicate project related QHSSE memos, bulletins, reports, statistics and presentations
-in consultation with the regional QHSSE Manager/ Coordinator and Project Leadership-to provide relevant staff with insights on QHSSE performance, including Lessons Learned. - Ensure that regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to maintain the highest level of preparedness in any emergency situation.
