Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend practical control measures
- Develop and implement effective HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees and contractors
- Monitor compliance with health safety and environmental regulations ensuring adherence to local and international standards
- Investigate incidents and near-misses thoroughly compiling reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred to demonstrate industry-recognized competence. - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors.
- Experience in conducting HSE audits and familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is advantageous.
- Have a good knowlge of HSE standards and familiar with OSHA and NEBOSH requirements, Can prepare the HSE Plans and Reports
