Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems ensuring they meet project specifications and regulatory standards
- Conduct detailed load calculations for HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to optimize energy efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications using advanced software like AutoCAD and Revit ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP design and project management, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Experience in using design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related tools is essential.
- Bachelor Degree Electrical or Mechanical , have a good experience in construction for all MEP scope (Eelctrical, Mechanical and Plumbing) on industrial project with EPC contractor
