• The primary function of the Commissioning HVAC Specialist is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for HVAC discipline are prepared and executed according to the OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to the planned schedule.

• The main accountabilities include ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is given the highest priority, coordinating and approving the quality and completeness of deliverables, assisting Commissioning Unit leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, reviewing pre-commissioning dossiers, and ensuring the care and maintenance of equipment by EPCC Contractor.
• The specialist is also responsible for monitoring all HVAC commissioning activities, reviewing and commenting on test procedures, and liaising with other teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to start-up phase.
• At least 15 years of experience in Oil&Gas industry, including ~10 years of HVAC and refrigeration packages Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
• Experience in preparation and execution of Air Filtration Units, Humidifier Units, Air Handling Units (AHU);
  Air Cooled Condensing Units (ACCU) including refrigerant charging, and Ductwork testing.
• Responsible to supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of HVAC packages, including functional tests, logic test, and final air balancing.
• The candidate should be methodic, organized, have a good team spirit, and be fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.
