Title:Process Safety Engineer Responsibilities
- Develop and review Process Design Basis (PDB) and Design Philosophy documents.
- Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs).
- Perform process simulations using Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus or equivalent.
- Define operating cases, turndown, start-up, shutdown, and upset scenarios.
- Lead and close P& / HAZOP actions with proper documentation.
- Saudi-based candidates highly considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or chemical process plants.
- Prior PDP / FEED and DEP execution experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of PDP and FEED workflows.
