Position Title: Technical Engineering Services Specialist
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience: 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Technical Engineering Services
Monthly Salary Package: 14,000 SAR

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IT operations in server, storage, and system administration domains
• Experience performing system administration tasks (Unix/Linux, Windows preferred)
• Expertise in IT process design, documentation, and adherence to standards
• Technical knowledge of infrastructure components and interdependencies (storage, servers, network)
• Advanced professional certification in infrastructure products (servers/operating systems)
• Cost analysis and resource planning for IT infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Scripting skills in Power Shell, Linux shells, Auto It, or similar automation tools
• Experience with central management and automation tools (e.g., MS System Center SCCM, Orchestrator, private cloud tools)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and quality assurance in infrastructure domains

Responsibilities:

• Autonomously manage end-to-end service delivery following project management methodologies
• Lead and negotiate solution designs, architecture, and sizing
• Carry out IT process design and documentation for operational standards
• Analyze and calculate costs for IT infrastructure resources
• Ensure technical linkage and integration across servers, storage, and network
• Perform advanced system administration across multiple operating systems
• Develop scripts and automation tools to simplify operational tasks
• Utilize central management and automation platforms to enhance operations
• Conduct quality assurance, process reviews, trend analysis, and continuous improvements in infrastructure services
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to stakeholders
