We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Time Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules, along with a solid understanding of Success Factors configuration, data models, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR transformation solutions.

• Implement and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Sheet modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage data models, XML configurations, and system setup.
• Support Story Reporting and HR analytics requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• Completed 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Core HR and Time Management processes.
