We are looking for a UiPath RPA Support & Developer to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 production support, develop and optimize UiPath automations, and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath bots in production.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Robots, Orchestrator, and automation workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents.
- Develop and enhance automations using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
- Build integrations with SAP applications, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Support OCR, document processing, email automation, and workflow automation initiatives.
- Manage Orchestrator, queues, assets, credentials, robot deployment, and scheduling.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure SLA compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UiPath development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Experience with SAP automation (S/4
HANA, BTP, Ariba, or Success Factors). - Knowledge of API integrations, web automation, OCR, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
