Supply Chain Manager

Our client, a leading company within the industrial, engineering and energy sector, is looking to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise its end-to-end supply chain function.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics and equipment management.
• Improve supply chain efficiency, cost control and operational performance.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure business and project requirements are met.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Drive process improvements across procurement, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and monitor supplier performance, including cost, quality and delivery.
• Prepare monthly supply chain performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a Supply Chain Manager position.
• Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPSM are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the full supply chain lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Six Sigma quality tools.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience using supply chain management software and ERP systems.
