- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in logistics and procurement.
- Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry, demonstrating an understanding of sector‑specific challenges and best practices.
Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma are highly desirable to validate expertise in supply chain practices.
