• Comprehensive Area Care:
  Maintain the aesthetic and sanitary integrity of private rooms, professional offices, and high-traffic common areas.
• Technical Sanitation:
  Execute daily cleaning protocols, including precision dusting, floor care (mopping, vacuuming, and buffing), and the sanitization of high-touch surfaces.
• Waste Management:
  Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling streams, ensuring all areas remain clutter-free and compliant with health codes.
• Resource Management:
  Monitor and replenish essential supplies (linens, toiletries, cleaning agents) to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Proactive Support:
  Assist with specialized housekeeping projects and deep-cleaning cycles as assigned by the facility manager.

• Chemical Safety:
  Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals according to MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and company protocols.
• Risk Mitigation:
  Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and wet floor signage to prevent workplace accidents.
• Regulatory Standards:
  Ensure all work performed meets or exceeds industry-specific health and hygiene regulations.
