Production Supervisor Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining production flow for polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line
- Ensures that production plans are completed within the planned time frame
- Check production output according to specifications
- Ensure quality of the products produced is maintained in accordance with the Quality Plan
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
- Must have sound knowledge of sheet extrusion molding machine process
- Prior experience with extrusion lines
- Must have the ability to manage up to 20+ employees
Education:
Bachelors / Diploma in Production or a relevant field
