Production Supervisor Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining production flow for polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line.
- Ensures that production plans are completed with planned time frame.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Ensure Quality of the Products produced is maintained in accordance to Quality Plan.
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees.
- Must have sound knowledge of sheet Extrusion Molding machine process.
- Prior experience with extrusion lines.
- Must have the ability to manage up to 20+ employees.
- Education - Bachelors / Diploma is Production or relevant
