Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Rotating Inspector who is Saudi Aramco approved with a valid CBT certification to inspect, monitor, and ensure the quality of rotating equipment throughout fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. The role requires strict adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and international codes.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, fans, and generators.
- Perform quality inspections during fabrication, installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning.
- Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), engineering drawings, material certificates, and quality documentation.
- Witness mechanical run tests, alignment checks, vibration analysis, and performance testing.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, ASME, API, ISO, and other applicable international codes.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Saudi Aramco Approved QA/QC Rotating Inspector.
- Valid Saudi Aramco CBT certification (mandatory).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects involving rotating equipment.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco engineering standards, API, ASME, and ISO codes.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Saudi Arabia.
