Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Static Inspector who is ARAMCO approved with a valid CBT certification to ensure the quality inspection of static equipment during fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and international codes.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct inspection of static equipment including pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, piping, and structural components.
- Perform stage‑wise inspections during fabrication, erection, installation, and testing.
- Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), drawings, material certificates, and quality documentation.
- Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak tests as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, ASME, API, ASTM, and applicable international codes.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
- Saudi Aramco Approved QA/QC Static Inspector.
- Valid Saudi Aramco CBT certification (mandatory).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco engineering standards and international inspection codes.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Saudi Arabia.
