Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Welding Inspector to oversee welding inspection activities for major Oil & Gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure all welding, fabrication, and inspection activities comply with project specifications, international codes, and client quality standards.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesInspect welding and fabrication activities as per approved procedures and project specifications.
Review WPS, PQR, WPQ, welding procedures, and inspection documents.
Witness fit-up inspections, welding inspections, NDT activities, and hydrotests.
Verify compliance with ASME, AWS, API, and project quality standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, construction teams, and client representatives.
Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality documentation.
Raise NCRs and monitor corrective actions.
Support pre-commissioning and project handover activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8+ years of overall experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, construction projects.
CSWIP 3.1 Certification (Mandatory).
NDT Certification (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, API, and welding inspection procedures.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15–30 days preferred.
Saudi transfer candidates with a transferable visa are preferred.
