Job Description
The QC Instrument Inspector (ARAMCO Approved) will be responsible for ensuring that all instrumentation installations, calibrations, and testing activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and ARAMCO quality requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, preparing reports, and collaborating with engineering and construction teams to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct inspection and verification of instrumentation works, including installation, calibration, loop checks, and functional testing.
Ensure compliance with ARAMCO specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
Review and approve instrumentation-related Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) where required.
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and client representatives to resolve quality issues.
Verify the calibration certificates of all measuring and test equipment.
Monitor material receiving inspections for instrumentation items in accordance with approved specifications.
Mandatory Requirements:ARAMCO approval for Instrument QC Inspector.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation inspection in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
Strong understanding of control systems, field instrumentation, and associated installation procedures.
In-depth knowledge of ARAMCO standards and quality control procedures.
