Job Summary:
Responsible for inspection and quality control of all instrumentation installation, calibration, and loop-checking activities in compliance with ARAMCO standards, project specifications, and international codes.
Roles & Responsibilities :- Inspect installation of field instruments, junction boxes, control panels, and cabling.
- Verify instrument calibration, loop checking, and functional testing.
- Review ITPs, method statements, and calibration certificates.
- Ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards (SAES, SATIP, SAIC).
- Conduct inspections for DCS, ESD, PLC, and SCADA interfaces.
- Prepare QC reports, punch lists, and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate with construction and commissioning teams for final acceptance.
- Enforce ARAMCO safety and quality requirements during all activities.
- ARAMCO Approval as Instrument QC Inspector (valid SAP# or CBT clearance).
- Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation inspection within oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
- In‑depth knowledge of ARAMCO standards (SAEP, SAES, SATIP, SAIC).
- Proficiency in calibration tools and test equipment.
- Certification in QA/QC Instrumentation or equivalent preferred.
- Familiar with international standards (ISA, IEC, IEEE).
