We are seeking an experienced QC Instrument Inspector for Saudi Arabia to ensure instrumentation installation, inspection, testing, calibration, and documentation comply with Saudi Aramco standards, approved procedures, project specifications, and applicable codes.
Roles & Responsibilities- Inspect instrumentation installation, wiring, tubing, cabling, and equipment in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and ITPs.
- Verify installation and calibration of instruments such as transmitters, gauges, switches, control valves, and related devices.
- Inspect instrument materials, components, and installation for compliance with approved specifications.
- Review instrument drawings, datasheets, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and inspection procedures.
- Witness and verify calibration, loop checking, continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing.
- Coordinate with construction, commissioning, engineering, and client/Aramco inspection teams.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented and documented.
- Maintain inspection reports, calibration records, checklists, punch lists, and QC documentation.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in instrumentation inspection, preferably in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects.
- Saudi Aramco Approved – Instrument Inspector.
- Valid CBT in Instrumentation.
- Relevant technical qualification/certification in Instrumentation, Electronics, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation installation, calibration, testing, and applicable codes/standards.
- Candidates must meet all required Saudi Aramco approval and certification criteria.
