Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Non-Metallic Inspector specializing in CPGF / RIFT. The role involves inspecting non-metallic materials and protective systems, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable industry standards, project specifications, and inspection requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of coating, painting, lining, glass lining, and FRP systems for CPGF assignments.
- Perform inspections of refractory, insulation, and fireproofing (PFP) systems for RIFT assignments.
- Verify materials, surface preparation, application, installation, and workmanship against approved specifications.
- Ensure inspection activities comply with applicable NACE, SSPC, ASTM, ISO, API, and ASME PCC-2 standards.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Review inspection results and maintain accurate quality records and reports.
- Coordinate with project teams and relevant personnel to ensure inspection requirements are met.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in Science. - Minimum 5 years of relevant inspection experience in the applicable specialisation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in critical coating, painting, lining, glass lining, and FRP inspection.
- AMPP Level 2 or equivalent certification.
- MTI or equivalent training in FRP inspection.
- Knowledge of NACE, SSPC, ASTM, ISO, API, and ASME PCC-2 standards.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in refractory, insulation, and fireproofing inspection.
- API 936 and ICorr Level 2 or equivalent certifications.
- BGAS Grade 2 or NACE Level II Critical Coatings qualification, as applicable.
- Relevant experience in PFP and refractory inspection.
