Sales Representative – Optics Store

Responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and helping them choose the appropriate eyeglasses, frames, and lenses, while providing a distinctive and professional shopping experience.

• Greet customers and deal with them in a courteous and professional manner.

• Provide clear explanations of products, prices, and available offers.

• Assist the customer in selecting the right frame and lenses based on their needs.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Arrange, organize, and display products in an attractive way.

• Monitor inventory and ensure product availability.

• Record sales and complete payment and invoicing transactions.

• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate regarding pickup and delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display area and sales hall.

• Provide after-sales service and handle customer inquiries and feedback.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to persuade and achieve sales.

• Good appearance and professionalism.

• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

• Preferably, prior experience in sales or optics.
