- Let's deliver together:

• Supervise the daily performance of the Branch sales team by following up on sales achievements and process goals. Required to take part in regular transactions during peak seasons to ensure the required sales targets are achieved.
• Manage the Branch Sales Team to ensure sales consultants achieve predetermined operational targets by providing and analyzing business plans to meet operational targets determined by the management.
• Monitor and evaluate the sales consultant’s performance to ensure that the specific branch business performances are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with management whenever required.
• Responsible for ensuring sales processes are efficient and customer complaints are managed by promoting standard sales procedures to the sales team members.
• Address customer complaints that require support from the Branch manager, ensuring CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).

• Bachelor's degree in Sales or related field.
• Minimum of 4- 5 years experience working in the same/similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.
• Excellent communicator organized and excellent follow-up skills.
• Experience with MS Office is a must.
