The successful candidate should develop new accounts, generate genuine business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and convert enquiries into manpower contracts and long-term business.
Candidates with an established industrial client network and proven manpower business-development experience will be highly preferred.

Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jubail. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across AIM’s service lines, with a focus on key accounts in petrochemical, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company strategy.
The role involves managing and growing existing accounts, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to develop solutions, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts. The Senior Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, participate in industry events, and provide feedback to leadership on customer needs and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, with experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant experience in petrochemical, oil & gas, industrial services, EPC, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
