Technical Sales Team Leader

• Structure the sales team assign technical and commercial roles based on competencies and monitor Key Performance Indicators KPIs to evaluate sales results regularly

• Approve weekly field visit schedules for the engineering team and track their market presence across the Eastern Province

• Manage factory registration and pre-qualification files with major clients via digital platforms e g Etimad SAP Ariba

• Build and manage a network of approved subcontractors to handle excess project loads ensuring production continuity without exceeding factory capacity

• Approve final pricing structures and client quotations based on operational cost reports

• Lead direct technical and commercial negotiations with key clients and review final contract terms to successfully close major deals

• Prepare and present monthly reports to top management providing strategic recommendations to capture new market opportunities

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering(Essential for interpreting technical drawings and leading engineering negotiations).

Solid proven track record in B2B industrial sales, specifically within machining, fabrication, and metal forming workshops.

A results-driven "Builder" mindset with high work autonomy and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Complete fluency in English (spoken and written).

A robust professional network in the Jubail/Eastern Province market and basic Arabic communication skills are highly advantageous.

A valid driving license is required (A Saudi/GCC license is preferred, but international applicants willing to relocate are highly welcomed).
