We are searching for a highly skilled and dedicated Female Tutor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one educational support and guidance to students of various ages and academic levels. Your main objective will be to help students improve their understanding and performance in specific subjects or areas of study.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience working as a Tutor and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have a strong understanding of the subject(s) you will be teaching and be able to adapt your teaching style to suit the individual needs of each student. As this position is for female candidates only, we welcome applications from talented women who share our passion for education.

• Develop individualized lesson plans based on each student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals
• Provide engaging and interactive tutoring sessions using various teaching methods
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust lesson plans accordingly
• Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to students
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress as needed
• Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to share ideas and resources
• Stay updated on the latest educational techniques and materials

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Tutor or Teacher in relevant subject(s)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages
• Patient, empathetic, and able to work well with children/young adults
• Strong knowledge of subject matter being taught
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual learning styles
• Biometric passport is required for travel purposes
• Preference will be given to candidates who can provide their own accommodation
