Merchandiser vacancy in Al-Malikiyah Bahrain

Merchandiser (Contract, Al-Malikiyah) As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's products are displayed and marketed effectively in retail stores. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement merchandising strategies that will drive sales and increase brand awareness.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
• Set up and maintain product displays to attract customer attention
• Negotiate with store managers for prime shelf space and prominent product placement
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team to ensure timely restocking
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for adjustments to merchandising strategies
• Collaborate with marketing team to plan in-store promotions and events
• Train store staff on product features and benefits to enhance customer engagement
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product placement

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with retail operations and visual merchandising techniques
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Flexibility to travel within designated territory

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
