As a Merchandiser for our company in Al-Malikiyah you will be responsible for creating attractive product displays and ensuring that our products are visually appealing and readily available to customers You will work closely with the sales team and use your creativity to develop effective marketing strategies Your main goal will be to increase sales by promoting our products and maintaining strong relationships with retailers To succeed in this role you should have excellent communication skills a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of consumer behavior This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for merchandising and a drive to contribute to the growth of our company
The salary for this position is $1400 per month
Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales team to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with retailers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
- Train store staff on proper product placement and maintenance of displays
- Negotiate shelf space and placement with retailers to maximize visibility of our products
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Report on sales performance inventory levels and customer feedback
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Ability to build strong relationships with retailers
- Familiarity with merchandising software is a plus
- Availability to travel within Al-Malikiyah as needed
