We are a fast-growing company in the sales industry and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's objectives
• Lead and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present them to senior management
• Train new hires on the company's products/services and sales techniques
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
