Accountant in Al-Rayyan Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Accountant you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position is open to all levels of experience and does not require English proficiency. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor budgets and prepare budget forecasts.
• Conduct periodic audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial analysis and support decision-making processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist with year-end closing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software e.g., Quick Books.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Salary: 1500$ per month.
