Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

Profession Accountant City Al-Rayyan Qatar. We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our accounting team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Junior Accountant you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger records.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Track and monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
• Comply with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Quick Books, or other accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
• Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel.
