Accountant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring a skilled Accountant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in working with financial data. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Conduct regular ledger maintenance and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Communicate financial information to management and stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business operations
• Participate in audits as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. Quick Books, SAP)
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Malayalam or Arabic is a plus)
• Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team
