Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Al-Rayyan As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations

• Prepare and review financial statements budgets and other financial reports
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare tax returns and assist with tax planning strategies
• Manage payroll processing and related tax filings
• Provide guidance to junior accounting staff
• Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting laws regulations and best practices

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Excellent attention to detail
• Advanced analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
• Biometric passport preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ Fluency in English is required for this role
