- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings, providing actionable insights to management.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and compliance with tax regulations.
- Recording Inter-company transactions
- Should have experience with Quick Book Software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Any GCC National, Indian, Sri Lankan
- Any Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) demonstrating expertise and commitment to the accounting profession is an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a corporate environment or specific industry.
- Familiarity with accounting software (must - Quick Books) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
