Junior Accountant in Al-Rayyan

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, maintaining records, and conducting data analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited accounting experience to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be fluent in English and hold a biometric passport. This is an urgent position that does not include accommodation. Kenyan nationals are encouraged to apply.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Record daily financial transactions
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Biometric passport required
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
• No prior work experience required, but internship or coursework in accounting is preferred
