Join our dynamic team as an Administrator in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in office administration. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills.
- Manage the daily operations of the office
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide support to senior staff members as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
Starting salary of 900$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
Location:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Local candidates will be given preference.
Note:
English proficiency is not required for this position. However, candidates must have a valid work permit for Qatar. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
