We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt.
As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of our office.
Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
- Egyptian nationality preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a valid visa for working in Al-Rayyan.
$1300 per month, negotiable based on experience.
Employment TermsThis is a contract position with potential for extension. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
