Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will be leading a team of skilled workers and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of construction projects
• Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and productivity on job sites to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site visits to identify any potential issues or delays and take necessary corrective actions
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers on site
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of a project

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager; experience in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
• Proficient in budget management and cost control
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship provided. English proficiency is not required for this role. Accommodation will not be provided.
