We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in the city of Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Procuring necessary resources and materials.
- Managing project teams and contractors.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicating project progress to stakeholders.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing contingency plans.
- Ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
- Overseeing project completion and final handover.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Fluency in English is required.
