Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented construction manager to join our team in Al‑Rayyan. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in construction management but no prior experience required.

• Assist senior construction managers with project planning and execution
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain project documentation and prepare reports as needed
• Assist with budget management and cost analysis
• Identify potential risks or issues and propose solutions to address them
• Participate in meetings with clients or other project stakeholders

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English proficiency not required)
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology (preferred but not required)

• Full‑time position based in Al‑Rayyan, Qatar
• Salary: 1200$ per month
• No English proficiency required
• No prior experience necessary
