Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

• Plan, organize and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines
• Oversee and manage construction teams on site
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the construction process
• Manage project documentation and record keeping

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements

Salary: 1100$ per month
